About the role:

A Zoho Implementation Engineer is responsible for deploying, customizing, and supporting Zoho applications like CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, and People. The role blends technical expertise with client-facing skills to ensure smooth adoption and optimization of Zoho solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Zoho Implementation & Configuration  Gather customer requirements and understand existing business processes.  Translate business requirements into Zoho-based solutions.  Configure Zoho applications, modules, layouts, fields, workflows, approvals, and automation.  Customize Zoho solutions based on customer-specific needs.  Perform end-to-end implementation from requirement gathering to go-live.

Process Automation & Customization 

Design automated workflows, business rules, and approval processes. 

Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for business users. 

Optimize existing Zoho implementations for better usability and performance. 

Perform data migration from legacy systems/Excel/other CRM platforms. 

Validate data accuracy and maintain data integrity. 

Work closely with customers to understand challenges and provide solutions. 

Conduct user training and product demonstrations. 

Prepare implementation documents, user manuals, and solution documentation. 

Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

Strong communication and client interaction skills. 

Good analytical and troubleshooting ability. 

Ability to manage multiple implementation projects. 
